Our Customers Say it Best
With over 200 five-star reviews and a 4.9-star rating, our track record speaks for itself. We’re proud to be one of Durham’s most trusted moving companies.

The first time I referred them, a client of mine who owns a lawfirm was moving across town to a new office. The team was very helpful to my client and his entire staff. They did some of the packing and helped to move a lot of big cabinets, computers, desks and all the other things that come when an office moves to a new location.
The second time, which is really the more important of the two, was when T.M moved my mother-in-law. The team was very respectful to her and my wife. They went above and beyond the call of duty during the move, which made me look good in the eyes of my mother in law.
There is no doubt, Truckin' Movers will be the one and only moving company to get all my referrals in the future!
The move-out involving two sets of stairs was very well-managed. The move-in requiring unloading at a loading dock and using an elevator was, similarly, quick and efficient. All the boxes were properly located in the designated rooms and positioned to allow walking spaces.
The movers are on-time at all points. They understand the stress of moving and evince a supportive role. We love these guys!
I was initially a bit disappointed on move day since there were less crew members than originally planned, but I am very grateful that Jeff and others at the office jumped in right away to make it right. I ended up having an extra crew member so that the overall move happened within the estimated timeframe (it ended up being a little less time than originally anticipated).
From the beginning of the day till the end of the move, the crew worked diligently and carefully. None of our belongings were damaged. The crew was very respectful at all times. I would definitely recommend and use Truckin' Movers again.
Brad was highly responsive, thoroughly exploring all options for optimizing cost, transit times, packing, customs clearance, destination coordination etc.. His transparency, patience and friendly demeanor throughout the process was invaluable.
The team also handled pre-sorting, packing, inventory, and rubbish disposal independently. Special thanks to Terry for managing the onsite work, meticulous packing and providing timely updates.
Their professionalism, integrity, and ease of doing business attitude make them trustworthy, and I felt completely confident entrusting them with my belongings. Thank you!
Update: I again used Truckin' Movers and had another great experience. They'll prepare you for the move to ensure all your belongings are ready so they arrive safely. They show up on-time and ready to roll. I'll never use another moving company!
Chris was a fantastic resource, helping us with packing and loading at our old home, and then ensuring everything went smoothly during the unloading at our new place. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the process so much easier.
Brad, our main office contact, was equally impressive. He provided accurate, responsive, and detailed information throughout the move, setting clear expectations and answering all our questions promptly. Thanks to their professionalism and teamwork, our move went off without a hitch.
If you're looking for a reliable moving company, look no further than Truckin' Movers. They made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Five stars all the way!
The moving team itself was equally phenomenal - everything was wrapped in blankets, taped to keep in place, and carefully secured on the trucks.
Everything was placed perfectly in place in the new home, including washer/dryer hookups. Further complicating the move - an extensive set of tools, and garage cabinets. All was moved without a single incident.
Great team, great execution.
