These terms cover the text-message (SMS) program we run at Truckin' Movers. We've been moving families since 1976, and texting is just one more way we keep you in the loop on your quote and your move. Opting in is completely optional. You can still get a quote, schedule a move, and reach us by phone or email without ever signing up for texts.

What the Program Does
If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS opt-in box on our quote form or contact form, you agree to receive informational text messages from Truckin' Movers about your move. These texts cover things like:
- Quote details and follow-up on a request you sent us
- Scheduled move dates and crew arrival windows
- Service-related questions before, during, and after your move
- Customer support replies when you text us back
This is not a marketing or promotional blast. We use texts to run your move, not to sell you things.
How to Opt In
Opting in is optional and is never required to get a quote or book a move. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our Contact Usform or our homepage quote form, or by telling our office you'd like text updates. You can also be added if you text us first and ask us to keep texting you.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. A typical quote-to-move cycle runs roughly 2 to 10 texts, depending on your move. Recurring messages may be sent in connection with scheduling and running your job.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Truckin' Movers does not charge you for the texts, but your carrier may.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any text from us to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, we'll send one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and then we'll stop texting you. You can also call us at (919) 682-2300 and ask to be removed.

Privacy
