Corporate Relocations to the Triangle
Most people moving to the RTP area are starting a new job and their employer is footing the bill. That adds a layer of paperwork. Approved vendors, cost estimates in a specific format, third-party relocation companies acting as middlemen. We've worked through that process with Cisco, IBM, Fidelity, and dozens of biotech firms. We know what the relocation coordinators need, and we get it to them fast so your move doesn't stall on a form.
There aren't homes inside Research Triangle Park itself, but the residential communities surrounding it in south Durham, Cary, Morrisville, and Apex are where most RTP employees land. As Durham's moving company since 1976, we serve all of them. If you're relocating from out of state for a job at Cisco, IBM, Fidelity, or one of the biotech firms, we can get your belongings here on an exact date, not a window.
Most RTP moves are long-distance. Families coming from the Northeast, the West Coast, the Midwest. Our containerized moving system means your belongings get loaded once and stay in the same container until we unload at your new home. If you need interim storage, we handle that too. No warehouse shuffling, no rehandling. That's how we keep damage claims near zero on cross-country moves.
Got a start date and a relocation package? Connect your coordinator with our office and we'll take it from there. (919) 682-2300.
